If you’ve lost access to the group, you need to check that your profile indicates an age over 18. You also need to enable the display of sensitive materials. This can be done by going to Settings > Chat Settings. At the bottom, there will be a toggle for "Show 18+ Content", which you need to turn on. The changes might not take effect immediately — you may have to wait (this information hasn’t been verified yet; I found it in the comments on YouTube).
I’ll be duplicating files on Google Drive until I get more information on how to resolve this issue. Some people were able to lift the restriction this way, but not everyone. It might be worth waiting. If the problem isn’t resolved within a few days, I’ll create a new group. I’ll keep you updated.
