Naturalis v1.4-alpha13b (92.var)
Added 2024-10-20 14:24:44 +0000 UTCThe amount of dampening for glute collision morphs and Shapeshift g-force morphs is now equal at every physics rate. Previously there was a physics rate multiplier that scales the damper with physics rate (e.g. doubles the damper when going from 60Hz to 120Hz physics rate), but it turns out this is not necessary and in fact counter-productive.
If you were using a higher than 60 Hz physics rate before, you may notice that all of the glute morphs and g-force morphs have a bit more jiggle to them - comparable with what you've seen in the videos I've posted. However keep in mind that the way your pose's joint physics are set up has a significant effect on how easily g-force morphs are applied - the higher the hold spring and the lower the hold damper, the more easily the joint's acceleration will change in animations and when grab moving the controls. For editing these properties in the pose, see the VAM wiki.
Also, forgot to mention in the previous release's post:
calibration always runs at the default gravity, fixing an issue where using non default gravity (in Scene Misc) would result in an incorrect result
calibration always runs at timescale 1
