August Update (Subdivided For Your Convenience)

I've divided this post up into a few parts (because it's long) so you can scroll down to the parts you are most interested in.

#1 - Intro:

Hello again everyone. I posted an update a little over a month ago to this page (just before I posted Sarah & Danica #9), and since I haven't made a single post in the past month I wanted to let you guys in on where I've been.

#2 - Health Update

So there's basically two factors that have hampered my comic production through July. The first, and most important, is that I'm still just not quite back to myself health-wise. I mentioned I had a medical issue that was causing me problems through May and June, and (quite frustratingly) it decided to linger on through July, though not quite as intensely. Regardless it has still been affecting me, so I've had to divert my attention to just keeping my primary Patreon running smoothly, and making sure all the requests get done over there. I've managed to do that, but my lower productivity has meant that this page has had to go by the wayside since there isn't the looming monthly deadline every 30 days. 

#3 - Primary Patreon Fighting For My Time

The second factor is that I am starting to think that the number of requests and pin-ups I do for my Primary Patreon just doesn't leave me with enough free time to actually do multiple comic pages a month (which is the ultimate goal of this Patreon page), so I'm considering scaling my Primary Patreon back a bit, I haven't decided quite yet what ways I'd do that, but it's on my radar, and I'll be sure to let you guys know if I plan to move forward with that (incidentally, if you guys have any ideas let me know).

#4 - What August Is Gonna Look Like

Despite everything, I was hoping to make August my comeback month where I got the ball rolling with comics again, but it turns out there's also a week-long family reunion this month that I need to attend, so I have a hard time imagining a scenario where I'm able to finagle getting everything on my Primary Patreon done and a comic page. My friend is letting me borrow their laptop for the trip, but I'd be willing to bet that I won't have a ton of time to myself to work on stuff like this. I may instead focus on writing and thumbnailing this month and post some updates for my $3 Patrons so you guys aren't totally in the dark like you have been through July.

#5 - Wrap-Up & Thanks

So I think that's everything. I will say I am still absolutely astounded by the amount of support this page has, and I'm incredibly thankful that even though updates are sparse you guys have continued to remain pledged to this Patreon. It makes me happy to see so many people interested in the story of Starcross, and wanting to see what kind of sexy shenanigans she and Dani got up to in the early days of their relationship. I still have plenty of ideas for the story and I think I have a very sexy rest-of-the-chapter outlined that you guys are really gonna like.

Your patience really does mean a lot to me, and I hope you all stick around through this rough patch I'm experiencing.
