"Chantelle LaBelle is a bisexual snow leopard in her forties. She's a fashionista and a direct rival to Sauvage with her own boutique. Her heart is where art and money are, and Chantelle is always rubbing arms with the wealthy and famous people of Typhoon Lagoon City. She is always accompanied by her submissive yes-sayer personal assistant Jennifer Heart. She's dominant and usually gets what she wants, and can be extremely charming when she wants to be."
