Because of their upbringing and personalities it's hard for them to maintain a relationship too well, which is what has caused them to sleep around with many ladies they find sexy.
They usually never call anyone back and just enjoy their one night stands. You only get a call back if you pleased them very well, and at the point become their "fuck buddy".
(Now... if only this current girl they took home could get in the shower with them already...)
