Azar: Zoe Design Sheet + Profile

Hey there everyone! o/ Today I present you with Zoe's design sheet and profile. She's my newest character who I made just for Azar and I have been loving her a lot. I hope you all love her too. :D

Zoe was born into a family of lords that resided at an estate at the north of Grena. She was born with three legs and her family thought of her to be a curse on their family name from Umbria. She took over 4 years before she could walk correctly, she was trained by her family's caretaker Mary who was the only person who treated her like a human. 

Growing up she was harassed and tortured by the other kids at her age including her own brother because of her condition and called her things like "monster" and "daemon". However her magical affinity was very strong at such an early age, and her specialty power surfaced at the age of twelve. Her magical specialty is she could manipulate the gravity of metals. This new power scared her family as she could lift cannons and giant weapons with ease. 

Her family contacted the royal family on the matter to have her taken to the capital to be under close supervision within the Magi of Azar. However a spy within the group known as The Black Blade overheard the conversation between the Queen and her advisers.

 Before escorts from the capitol could get there The Black Blade attacked their estate. They killed her entire family right before her eyes. Mary tried to hide her but it was too late and they killed her in front of her as well... They then began to use Zoe in a ritual to extract her power into their leader Griselda. The escorts from the capitol arrived just in time to try and put a stop to their ritual. Zoe, however had completely lost her mind by this point by her grief that after being released she kicks the escort that freed her she bolts off before they could catch her. She ran the entire night tripping on her own legs the whole way as she screamed out into the black night sky. 

Her howls in the night could be heard by merchants and slavers both. Once morning hit she was picked up by slavers who tried selling her to the highest bidder. However they could never keep her in their metal cages as she could just open them with ease due to her power. 

They ended up taking her over seas to the desert continent of Secht. There she was sold to woman named Ley who owned the local pub. Ley never condoned to buying slaves but after seeing the look of despair in Zoes face she wanted to save her. She spent a lot of her savings from the pub to purchase her, so she told Zoe that she would give her a proper home and food as long as she worked for her. She began to train Zoe to be a dancer for the pub to entertain their guest. Upon training her to both their surprise Zoe was actually very flexible and could turn her body and limbs in unexpected ways, so she began to train her to be a contortionists dancer. Zoe however, was always too shy that she couldn't break out of her mold. Ley seeing that she was forcing her too much decided to instead teach her how to cook and clean up the pub after hours. For years Zoe lived with Ley away from much contact from anyone. However when Zoe turned 18 she found out that Ley became very sick with an incurable disease. Zoe tried what she could, but nothing was enough. Eventually Ley passed away in her arms... 

Upon the town mayor hearing about her passing he claimed she owed the town taxes and they claimed her entire pub. Zoe, now without any place to live and no money decided to find a job. When walking around the village the owner of the local brothel offered her a spot at his place saying that many buyers would love to spend time with someone of her "uniqueness". Zoe decided to take on his offer. 

When she first started there she met a girl named Rayna who was one of the other worker girls. She was also unique like her but in a different way so they would talk and relate on that regard and started to become good friends during her training. 

The day finally came for Zoe's first "Client" but before hand was called to meet with the owner. In his office he talked about how she was "special" and has high hopes for her along with some of the other girls. He then proceeded to try and molest Zoe saying that "He needed to test her first before he gave her to a client". Zoe started to scream as he through he against a wall and started to undress her. He held her down as he started to remove her thong. Zoe cried out for help asking for anyone to save her. To her surprise Rayna blows open the door with magic and try to save her from him. But, the owner has another trick up his sleeve. He had a sleep spell trap ready for them in case things went south. The spell succeeds and Zoe and Rayna fall over, asleep. He begins to laugh thinking he had the upper-hand. To his surprise as he approaches the girl a black portal opens up behind them as a tall shadowy figure steps out from it. Its eyes shine bright red in anger as the shadowy figure stares him down. The shadowy figure snaps its fingers and owners gravity around him begins to crush him. He screams out in pain as his body starts to slowly crush in on itself. The shadow figure then picks up the girls and leaves with them through the black portal. After it dissipates the owner completely burst into a pool of blood...

Zoe eyes begin to slowly open her eyes as shes flying through a warped cosmos... She looks down to see who is carrying her and ask. "Who are you?". All she sees is the figure slowly turn into a warm skinned elf who then looks up at her and says. "Don't worry my child, you two are safe now".
