She has no name since you get to name her yourselves. On the design sheet I have examples of a more tame TF and a more extreme TF. How extreme can your TFs get? Well, you will find out eventually. ;) And now a profile for the character.

Profile:
Main Character is a college student that falls asleep while studying at a local cafe. When she awakens she is met my an ethereal projection of Straciatella while being lost between time and space. She is pulled to Straciatella's world 'Azar' where she is forced to become a student at her magical academy. The academy is filled with many strange girls and weird magic.
Main Character seems to have a special affinity that lets her learn any kind of magic. This also makes her extra susceptible to transformation magics. On her journey she will be able to learn from a massive array of spells and abilities that she can use at her disposal. And certain transformations can help her wield weapons she normally couldn't wield.
Straciatella seemed to have have a reason for bringing her to Azar, but she is reluctant to tell any of her staff. Only time will tell for what she has in store for her.
(Main Character will be involved in a massive amount of lewd situations. Some of these will be mandatory while others will be optional and may require having a certain transformation. Be sure to become "close" friends with students and staff if you want to unlock all the optional scenes.)
