Stuff I tried this month and favorites

Let's make this month's conclusions with stuff I tried and other fav things :D This month's favorite color for me is... actually two, Holbein's mineral violet (I didn't notice before, but it splits beautifully to warm and cool violet ohhh so pretty!) and Shinhan PWC vermillion (yeah, definitely, after Cotman's cadmium red hue it's like an other world :D). Also as you remember this month I tried graphmaster's aquarelle brushes, they are quite nice, but I don't like much that the nib is not very flexible and sometimes it leaves oh how do you call that?.. like fluff things you can get on your old cardigan or sweater. It bothers a little bit. And I tried to use them to mimic my techniques in watercolors so it didn't work right, now I think I can combine brushpens and watercolors and make it work this way. Still didn't try it tho :'D Also if you check my instagram stories you may remember that I tried Art-n-Fly stuff they send me and was completely pissed off by their watercolors. They write "artists grade" on the package but the colors are dull, dirty, muddy, leave stains on your fingers if you touch it lightly (the thing gouache always do, watercolor doesn't! ever! so it's not a watercolor it's a trash!DDD:) and fall off then you use lots of paint to build strong pigment. Seriously, don't buy it. Even if it's very cheap - save some more dollars and buy a honey watercolors for children, even it is better. But their round brushes are pretty nice, I use them regularly now, though I don't like synthetic brushes usually. Waterbrushes was ok too, but the cap doesn't fit the back so it's very easy to lose it somewhere :D Liners are waterproof but too thick, the 005 one feels like 02 or 03 :c Just watercolors made me angry af 😂😂 Hmmm also I tried Clairefontaine Fontaine torchon paper (I've made a sketchbook of this paper a few months ago) and it... just doesn't work as I wanted to, because I don't use torchon that much. But nevermind, I will find a way to work with it. Sooo... I think it's all about artsy stuff, now I want to share some other favorite things as well! So yeah, I started to rewatch the old series of Sailor Moon during my breakfast, and every morning I'm full of nostalgia (and facepalms, because sometimes it's so stupid and illogical, but still funny). Somehow I started from 3rd season and now I'm on 4th season (tomorrow the amazon quartet will appear, aah can't wait!). I want to do some fan arts but I have completely no time D: Besides, speaking about stuff to watch, I loved the k-drama "Suspicious partner" (so funny, so much details and nice story!!) and the long-awaited "The bride of Haebaek" (it's just started a few weeks ago). I watched a lot of stuff (I do it while drawing and working, I'm more listening than watching, that's why learning Korean and Japanese is useful for me😂) but these are my totally favorite ones. Also, I bet everyone knows him, but I've found him just this month, the photographer https://www.instagram.com/brandonwoelfel/ makes my heart skip a beat every time I see his photos, I'm in love seriously. I think it's enough unless you want to know that I became a kind of addicted to garlic powder (I add it to anything, really) and in love with water spray (because it's hot and stuffy af here) but let me know if you want, you know, I have a lot of strange things usually😂
