Lately I watched "Osen", it's a pretty old dorama about Japanese traditional restaurant and people who work there. It was really interesting and... soft and kind, yeah, like Japanese culture itself. This sketch is actually inspired by main character Osen's look, she is so pretty and when she does her hair this way I was like ohhhh *0*

Woow kanji looks so intimidating to me :D I only know how to write human :D Maybe it was that emotional for me because I was being bullied in primary school and felt sorry for people making fun of her and was amazed how strong she remained despite everything else :D Thank you for replying! :)

2017-07-04 16:07:14 +0000 UTCI can speak Japanese too, and right now learning kanji too (I didn't so wasn't able to read more than kana :'D) Yeah I watched it a long time ago! But it wasn't so emotional for me tbh, I just... I don't know, I don't like stories about deseases :c

2017-07-04 15:24:29 +0000 UTCI also love japanese drama series! I speak japanese so I also watch some without the subtitles :D Have you maybe seen One litre of tears? It's an old and not that greatly filmed drama but I have already watched it three times with a few years in between because it is so full of emotions and very encourging to see a young girl with a very hard disease continue fighting it after all the hardships she encounters because of it. Anyway, love the painting :D
