I think the reason Light hasn't killed the task force members is because since their first meeting with L they have been encouraged to use fake names, even when speaking to L. I'd guess Light probably only knows Matsuda's real name. I could be wrong here. Idk. They usually only refer to each other as their last names. And Misa hasn't had contact with the task force members since before she made the eye deal with Ryuk.
