2024-10-13 18:51:02 +0000 UTCYou asked for clarification, the person Silco punches in the head while yelling at them is one of his goons. The one he stomps on and presumably kills is the guy who betrayed Vi in exchange for some shimmer (the one from episode one) I think it's implied he killed him.

Also Jayce isn't wrong at all, the suffering in the undercity while pullover prospers "beyond anything they could imagine" was under his watch and an expression of how much of a lie most meritocracies are. Powder could probably have run circles around 90% of the children in pullover for example.
