- They have to consume the spinal fluid of the Founding Titan holder, not kill him. Otherwise it will appear in a random baby somewhere, and Marley loses its advantage against other nations - Galliard did not destroy the armored train, it was Gabi who bombed the first one off track, and Reiner destroyed the second one. Galliard did save Reiner in the war portrayed in the first episode - The Warhammer Titan's ability consumes too much stamina, that's why it drains the user and can't be used a lot. Otherwise it would have become overpowered and almost invincible. Kinda like Levi. :)
