Übel is my favorite side character. She is so interesting and just as the other has a lot of potential for the future. That of all people she is the one with the ability to empathize. But somehow it fits well with her belief (or better said imagination) how she sees the connection between specialized magic and people's way of life. She doesn't need to know how exactly the magic works, she "just" needs to understand the person's feelings on a deeper level. That's something you couldn't imagine with a personality like her. You could say a special kind of natural talent.

2024-02-10 11:25:53 +0000 UTCI think it is a little bit lost in translation that Laufen calls Denken “grandpa” from the beginning of first test. And he treats her like a real granddaughter. Another small detail of his character. Also, it seems, Stark ordered the same thing Himmel ate because Frieren suggested it. When Denken came into the restaurant Stark was saying that he didn't know what to order. And it is favorite Himmels dish, he mentioned it at episode 4 in conversation with Frieren.
