Many moons ago, I checked through the various reasons my patrons drop their support and found a lot of "didn't provide promised rewards." With the exception of the reward changes this year, however, I've always kept the rewards standard and have always delivered something (with the exception of September, this year, but I plan to give you guys a little something for that). Clearly this left me a little confused, but I chalked it up to lazy surveying. This led me to ask "what are your actual criticisms about the administration of this Patreon?"

Well, you have been releasing sketches and previews to the public each month, which is good. However, it seems those will only keep people content for so long. People are also expecting to see the finished product released within the month as well, because they seem to believe this is what is claimed in their rewards tier. You’re only human. I know you're doing what you can against whatever problems you are faced with, but the delays with completed comics are getting longer and are stretching into the month after. At the moment you are working on two comics, and one of them should of been released in October. Those who know you better will probably stick around, but some others might only put up with so much.
