UPGRADES | Yes/No?

Rules
Since the most popular concepts were outfits for exisitng character that's what we'll keep. Any upgrade on character that I've already made can be suggested (with general or specific details) on Open Entries. Specific outfits, accessories, overlays, etc. This results in an upgrade on any card created. This is not for remakes though.
Effects
There’s no set number of releases I make. I move forward as projects are finished. Once a character is complete, we jump straight into the next poll. So the pace depends on the choices you make. If you choose to have remakes, we go ahead; otherwise, we skip it.
