I made a couple of changes and finished adding a bunch of details:

Color changes are available BUT I use overlays for some of the more complex parts of her clothes and accesoires so if you can't change colors that's because of the present overlay. I use this mainly because the color maps are quite simpler and cannot be adapted faithfully using 3 colors only.
Shifts are finished - as always - and bones were fixed. The size of her coat chest is fixed Since the coat had to give the impression of volume there is a significant distance between the meshes and her bust. To avoid issues, that was the solution I came up with. :P
I made her boots significantly smaller but since I made her legs thiccer, her shoes also got bigger... but I think the proportions are correct now.
