What is Chun Li?!

On January 3rd, 1889, a horse became exhausted from pondering for too long about a sole existential question - as horses often do - without an answer. It suddenly lost all hope as a result and stopped in its tracks. His owner, surprised by the sudden halt of his horse, started relentlessly flogging the pondering horse who would not move an inch. At the sight of this, the one and only Nietzsche - who happened to be nearby - ran to the agonizing horse's rescue, protecting it with his own body, and saying:

"I get you bruh, what is Chun Li?!"

Today I am facing the same existential question.

Is this Chun LI?

I've at least narrowed it down to 2 options from what I've read and by looking at her different designs. This is what I got:

A: The Alpha and Early games design, which was fairly consistent, very anime-like and - at least IMO - the easiest to recognise.
B: Street Fighter V's version, which is the current one and seems to be everywhere.

So instead of having a mental breakdown and trying to answer this by myself I'll let YOU decide. I'm pretty much done with her outfit, I just need some input to start shaping her face.
