Normally I'd make my usual quip about the frazzled green birb here, but that evil Grinch parrot seriously creeps me out way more than the original Grinch to the point where I think it'd be a much better fit for a Halloween icon, hitting just the right area in the uncanny valley to make it something like a cross between a Skeksis and a TFS Mr. Popo "I'll say!" jumpscare: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fAQtmY2NUM&t=9m38s :D
