Prequel, sequel and alt version of: Our feature presentation

When I posted this picture earlier I mentioned there were some complementary pictures I wanted to make for it and I wasn't lying. Here they are, sorta…

First , a WIP version of the original version, see, you guys probably have already gotten a sense of it, but here's how crazy I actually am. The only way to make the picture work was to give every character on the screen their own unique design and then not show it. It kind of also works with the cult aspect as the mask is robbing them of their personality but I mainly did it so it didn't feel like I copy pasted the same guy a bunch of times in the background. 

And from my wish to not let the work I did with those designs go to waste came the before part. The second picture here, showing the theater moments before all went down. So you can't see how it all was so unexpected for Nicole and Ian. Everything was so normal before the lights went out.

And lastly the final picture, when Nicole and Ian came back to the theater with Vero, Ignacio and the Doll to inspect the place right after the function. Here, Nicole and Vero are discussing an important detail I actually forgot to mention in the original story. Outside of Nicole and Ian’s seats, there seems to be no evidence that someone had been in that theater. 

I still want to finish these two pictures but who knows. 

The thing is, I've been thinking about posting the original later. Originally it was meant for this October as well but I didn't finish them and then the rain pictures took their place as the big project, but the truth is I miscounted and messed up my schedule at the start of the month lol.

That and, when I posted the original one I talked around it a bit for fun but yeah this piece is about Ian and Nicole going on a date for the first time. Yeah it went wrong but still. And I feel like it could be a bigger thing, maybe tease it out a bit. I've talked about doing more slice of life with the Whisperers and all that. and also finishing these of course.

And there's also the twitter aspect. The dipshit has been pushing the “screw artists” button again so like many artists my reach there has been affected again which wouldn't be that much of a problem if most of my audience were there. So with this one I'm actually thinking to wait it out a bit.

Still not sure tho. If I do postpone it I wouldn't wait till next October though. I was just thinking this could rule as a valentine pic maybe. 

Still thinking about it, I haven't decided.

Anyway.

One extra thing I’m taking the chance to do is to credit the 3d modeler who I bought the seat model I used from. I forgot to do it in the original post apparently and didn’t notice. The model was done by 3d artist mifiv.
