Hey Teacher

(Edit: Took the censorship out cause I relized the joke works better without it. Also did some more edits on page 4)

They're talking about bands.

You see, the kids didn't know teachers live out of school. I mean, they know but they hadn't seen it before I think.

See, I mentioned that Lil's parents own a music store/school, and that Davo works there when not with the band, and Tina is a teacher and of course she went to see a band named warlock Rage in here. Well, it's all coming together.

Here's the third, yet second, comic of this new series of comics I've been doing. I'm still trying to nail a style that's fun yet easier enough for me to make these quick. You can see here that the backgrounds are looser, I was trying to go for something UPA-ish.

So this is how Davo met Tina, the day she wanted to buy a new guitar for her brother. 

I think this may be the first time I show how my OCs get together.

Well, I've had a script for this comic for actual years now. Like one year, but still. I hadn't been able to actually do it cause the truth is that the original dialogue was way way longer, the first time I tried sketching it it ended up with like ten pages lol.

But I finally came up with a way to abridged it.

I wanna use some of that old script for a quick follow up, I already have an idea but first I want to give Tony a win. (Spoiler?). There's another quick comic I will be finishing soon that explains their dynamic.

A thing that really excites me about this comic is that I actually got to make a contextual use of Davo's design. See, it may not show but Davo's design may be the one I put more thought into. Like he wants to look like a tough guy but he's literally a cute white bunny with a pink nose. His face is a square (strong) surrounding a round snout (soft). And especially here, his ears go up with his emotions. He gets excited and up they go. They betray him in that sense.

In the case of Tina, her design I came up with by accident, I really liked the idea of a deer with glasses lol.

Also, about the kids. I got to draw them again! I had mentioned before but they may be some of my oldest OCs, ironically. Also a bit more of canon, Davo's swear Jar is not the only one they have in the store, Lil's dad started that tradition.
