new orc morphs + customizations

It's been a long time coming, but I'm pleased to finally showcase the new customized Orc model that I've been tinkering with. And who better to demonstrate the new Orc than one of the greatest Orcs in smut history himself, Rexx's Grok (we'll talk more about that OC later down below).

Let's talk about the model first. This is by far the highest quality Orc model that I've had the pleasure of playing with. I'm not even sure where to begin because there's so much that I could cover and so little time, but I'll try:

• Very smooth textures. I've said before in a few posts that I'm trying out a new AI upscaling technique which results in smoothed out textures, and has a very "clean" look. I find that it can be a bit of a double-edged sword because a little bit of "roughness" and imperfections add character, but there's no denying that this super-smooth look is incredibly eye-catching in its own right.
• Quadrified geometry. In less technical terms, it helps give the model a much smoother, less jagged look. Unfortunately I neglected to quadrify the Worgen model as I was working on it (as an experiment) and I immediately noticed the consequences. I won't make that mistake again.
• Extra geometry. Also helps give the model a smoother look. More importantly though, it gives me "room" to sculpt critical features like true nipples (no more sphere object needed for this Orc!), a true belly button, a true asshole, etc. Some day down the line, when I'm more educated on the subject, I could potentially create individual, rigged toes for his feet too.
• Full support of all SL + Mag'har assets. A very big one, which also means I can mix and match regular/Mag'har Orc assets together for very unique looking Orcs that you can't recreate in-game.

I think those are the biggest features that I wanted to go over. I'm sure there's more that I've probably missed, but feel free to ask me any questions if you're curious (just don't ask me to share him).

And yes, he also does support a fat morph. The hairy textures are also still an option for anybody that likes them.

I've shared with ak0 a "beta" version of this model, which is very close to the finished one. The differences are mostly a few supplemental morphs and some organizational stuff, but otherwise we can all hopefully expect to see new Orc stuff from him utilizing this model at some point in the future. I will also be sharing the model with Siggy.

Now, back to the actual character showcasing this model, Rexx's Grok. Although I'm very happy to have Grok model for us, I think I've decided that out of respect for Rexx, I probably won't be using Grok for any of my actual projects. Scraps and some personal pet (literally) projects sure, but a full fledged one...IDK.

Now I've already used him in a few personal pictures here and there that you will no doubt be seeing soon, but he definitely won't be the star of any new project down the line. It just doesn't feel right to put his Orc into a gay situation (even though he told me he was OK with it so long as it's treated as an OoC scene). The last thing I would want to do is disrespect his legacy and greatest creation.
