new chubby tauren OC for #80

This isn't a new morph; you've seen this before in #74 and #76 (same commissioner again too!), but here it's applied in subtly different ways. The overall result is still the same; it's a chubby Tauren. I demoed a more traditionally muscular Tauren to the commissioner first, but he ended up preferring the chubby version, so that's what we'll be going with. I probably won't be substituting this Tauren out with any others. There's no need here.
What I did debate substituting though was the size of his penis. The commissioner requested a smaller penis for his Tauren, and I have no problem with that. I prefer making penises smaller over grossly exaggerating things. It does make the penis model more difficult to use because things start to break the smaller they get, but it's perfectly manageable. I was rather worried about what my overall audience would think about a Tauren with a smaller penis (since the cliched stereotype is that they're packing lots of heat down there), so I created a poll. The results are very refreshing. Though the sample size is small, it is nice to see a majority of the respondents say that they're OK with seeing a Tauren with a smaller penis. And I like to change things up, so I will definitely not be substituting his smaller penis out for a larger one. He was born this way, and he'll be proud of it.
