A collar for B
Added 2017-09-06 06:46:53 +0000 UTCI get more requests for collared Bernard than anything else, to the point where I have it in my head now that he's got a big not-so-secret drawer full of them somewhere. Every time I draw him in one it's a different, more fancy one- because you know they have good proper gear in Hell and Hadrian spares no expense for his boy, but the darn hellhound will still not wear one in public so they all gather dust until playtime comes around again.
I know I get the requests because B is a loyal soldier and also comes in dog-shape but maybe just maaaybe I'm also getting these requests bc I've hinted to the moon and back that Hadrian and Bernard's canon relationship is a bit of a D/s thing and folks are picking up on that XD
I'm always struggling with how to show it off in the comic without it becoming distracting (ie a plot element) when it's really just how their relationship works. With more of their relationship getting shown off soon I guess we'll see if I can pull that off or fail spectacularly!
