do not forget you can change the view distance/rotation/height/zoom in/zoom out . with your local video player, in my case i use Skybox VR and Virtual Deskop ( the new version of virtual desktop support VR videos for oculus quest ) . Also do not hesitate to pause video if you like a specific angle.
