Divine Discipline: It's Devotional

you can't truly be devotional without anchoring yourself into some form of structure, set of rules, rhythm, and ritual you respect and be accountable, as you might as well heard and familiar with the saying: discipline leads to freedom. paradoxically the structure you choose becomes the very path that allows your spirit to walk free.
here the actual thought that came to me through steam and silence, called it shower thought is real we knew it (lol) :
discipline is the anchor that primes body-mind, so you get to show up for yourself with real commitment, no one else could do this work for you. to be devotional, requires a strong body, a sharp mind, and a rooted presence. in this solid ground you naturally started to allow and welcome state of flow.
and when the foundation is strong, you aren't feeling pressured, you stop feeling pressured. what once felt like effort turn into ritual, and when the ritual ripens, it becomes devotional.
devotion is an agreement with your spirit.
