The Herta animation (WIP) - pt.1

I'll probably add frames or change a few things around, still figuring thins out
I'm also looking for softwares that can converts Jpegs to Mp4 (think I might have found one) just so I can upgrade quality and possibly one day maybe... Hire voice actresses??? If I ever do something long enough???? Or add some sound at least!
Anyways, hope you're hyped (you probably are since it moves)
