The nights are long, the air is cold, the dread of family gatherings is rapidly increasing... and as we approach the end of a turbulent year I think it's high time we give ourselves an opportunity to reflect upon and celebrate the positive.
This year, I want to hear about your successes, your wins, your achievements - the bits of the year that made you proud as pudding, the goals you reached, the people you helped - whatever it is that has made you smile, I want to hear about it (and read it out aloud in an end of year audio).
