Not sure what version you're talking about, but I have the original dvds with the extended scenes and I have never heard this from Rachel.

After Monica says she fogged her a little too, Rachel says she’s sorry, Monica forgives her and they hug, Rachel then turns around and yells at Danny’s door something like “see how easy that was!” This isn’t the complete version, sorry to say.
