I can't be the only one who sees the meta-ness of the reveal in the end with Angelus staring into the camera as it pans out and cuts to Joss Whedon's name as it goes to black. It was basically him trolling the audience and saying "Gotcha" 😂

2025-08-17 23:36:52 +0000 UTCI don’t remember many of my first time reactions to these shows but I remember this one—being totally blindsided. I still don’t excuse Cordelia and Connor, but this is where the season gets good, some of my favorite eps in all of the Buffyverse coming up. Can’t wait!!!
