One of my favorites too. It's mostly Rambo2, but it barely matters. I never saw that until years later. Martin+Charlie meeting on the boat is so good though when you've seen the referenced movies and know that they were both in Wall Street together. If you want another fun comedy and more Rowan Atkinson, with bonus John Cleese, you should watch "Rat Race" (2001). Also highly recommend "A Fish Called Wanda" (1988) and its sequel "Fierce Creatures" (1997).
