The music they were all whistling in the beginning of ep. 18 was from a song entitled "Colonel Bogey March"(1914) and was made popular all over again when it was used as the theme music from the famous WW2 movie, "The Bridge On The River Kwai"(1957). The movie starred a younger Sir Alec Guinness who later went on to become the original Obi Wan Kenobi.

Funny how with changing times some jokes lose meaning. Like the Pretz joke. Now a days people are just like “oh yeah, Pretz is a one syllable snack” 🤣

After Marcel puts on "The Lion Song," I want to see Nick and Quynh React to The Lion King.

Quynh, the song Marcel played is just known The Lion song. It was actually faded out *just* before the verse: "In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight." (Then the chorus you heard in the beginning. Then "Quiet Jungle" and then "Peaceful Village").

Scrolling down, I see you do a lot of TV shows, too. I never watched Friends. I always watched Whose Line Is It Anyways. One of the funniest shows to ever be on TV. Total improv with some of the funniest people to ever be on TV. I would suggest that you check it out. Here's a quick clip of a funny scene:

Oops, sorry! I never watched ER, but I knew they were both doctors on ER so I assumed... I guess that's why you shouldn't do that... ^^.

They weren’t their ER characters…just random Drs met @ the hospital. Note: The ER set was next door to the Friends set.

i had the seasons on VHS and it had the full scene of them dancing to that lion king song, so that’s always been ingrained in my head. so it was so like discombobulating the first time i watched along with a reactor and the scene just ended😂😭

There's a lot of extra scenes in "The One With The Poker", the biggest one being, in the TV version, Marcel puts the song on, Ross is annoyed, then it cuts. The DVD version has them dancing around the apartment. A few seconds was used for a theme song later though.

The two doctors were stars on ER, another NBC show at the same time, on the same night even, so it wasn't just that it was George Clooney, it was both of them, being their ER characters.
