Sarah Michelle Gellar told an October issue of Health that she suffers from body dysmorphic disorder.
When you look at her body in season 1 of Buffy and then season 5 - it's obvious she lost weight, as is customary between seasons for so many actresses.
That's Hollywood.

Everyone was telling Willow that she should just stop what she's doing.
Xander gave her full acceptance and love with no conditions.
yes, Giles represents Buffy's mind/brains,
Xander represents her courage/heart,
and Willow represents her spirit, as shown in the penultimate episode of season 4 literally.
Buffy's heart/courage and brains were able to bring Buffy's spirit out of depression, while Xander's courage and heart and Giles' brains saved Willow and the world.
Willow is, fascinatingly, so very wrong about herself. In highschool she was attractive enough for Xander to cheat on Cordelia, the hottest girl in school, with Willow.
She was attractive enough for Oz to date her for almost 2 years.
She was talented enough to restore Angel's soul.
She's smart enough to hack the trio's cameras.
All of this without Tara.
She has so much more going for her than just being Tara's partner, and yet, all she sees is her own insecurities.

RavenLord the writers confirmed that Spike wanted his soul all along. He doesn't need to take the chip out, he can kill Buffy even with it

A Djinn, yes, I totally agree with you here, it's something in the sneaky genie lore. If this universe has taught us anything, it's to be very careful what you wish for. Choose. Your. Words. Wisely.

Ahhh! OMG! I'm so excited for you to have wrapped up this season! As a teenager I think season 3 was always my favorite season--because I was a very young teen and I could relate so much to it. But as an adult I have a *much* deeper love for season six; it's a brilliant metaphor for adulthood, for depression, addiction, for relationships and being so hopelessly lost in darkness but finding HOPE in the end. For me it's chefs kiss, even with the losses along the way, because man, that's LIFE and we still have to choose to keep keeping-on. It's beautiful. It's been a wild ride and I've loved getting to see your reactions for this season especially, so thank you. It's appreciated. π

Remember back in Season 4 when they combined their powers to make Uber Buffy? Xander was the heart. Xander, for all his flaws and foolishness and immaturity through the years, has always been the heart of the group. People have asked throughout these 6 seasons, what does Xander bring to the table when everyone else has these cool powers,? Even Anya when she lost her demon powers had lore to offer, and Giles has always had knowledge. So Xander seemed the odd one one. Except he wasn't. His place in the group was revealed during Primeval, and now here we get to see exactly what that means.
Ah, Spike. This is why you must choose your wording very, very carefully when dealing with wishmasters. I don't know if this being was a Djinn or something else, but they are masters at twisting words and meanings. If you don't mind horror movies, there's one from the late '90s called Wishmaster that still holds up today. I sort of wonder if it had been an inspiritation for the Spike portion of these last two episodes. The epitome of "be careful what you wish for" that even Vengeance Demons would admire.

You are the best reactor period. Youre so insightful and fun to watch and Ive said it before but you really have an interesting point of view that makes someone see new things in the show even if theyve seen it a million times.
