Much like Monica, my drug of choice has generally been food. During very stressful times at work, it's possible that I may have concealed snacks at my desk and tries to self-medicate with peanuts, raisins, pretzels, popcorn--or even Chipotle in one bite increments. So yeah, I kind of relate to Chandler with his little fan.

2025-02-05 00:47:24 +0000 UTCIn E3, I know Chandler did that on purpose to distract them, but none of that is hardly comparable to smoking since some of it is not something one can control (like Monica's laugh) or something that can harm someone else. If you don't care about your own health that's sad but still your choice. However, second hand smoke is extremely harmful so it's not even just about YOUR health. Also, not harmful but I HATE how just being near someone who's smoking gets the smell all over me and my clothes. I've never smoked and have no interest in it because it's disgusting. But I get some people become addicted so it's hard. That whole storyline is funny because I think most of the cast smoked at the time (and maybe some still do). Fun facts: The pillow falling off the balcony in E4 wasn't in the script but they left it in anyway. The guy returning the pillow was a crew member and Matt LeBlanc's look of confusion was real. Also, Matt's all-time favorite Joey moment is when he is playing with the hockey puck 😂 Also, George Stephanopoulos was indeed a communications director for Bill Clinton in his presidency. He is currently a co-anchor with Robin Roberts and Michael Strahan on Good Morning America. And RIP Mary Pat Gleason who played the nurse ❤ She died of cancer in 2020 💔 Not so fun fact: In 2002, the National Hockey League added protective nets at all arenas in order to prevent injuries similar to Ross's. This came after a 13-year-old girl was struck by a puck and died two days later due to a ruptured brain artery.
