I agree, especially as the X-Men are due to enter the MCU soon, and Deadpool already has.

Had you seen Days of Future Past you would have gone "ooh" when this version of Quicksilver appeared at Wanda's door. Other links are more like the link the between Monica in WandaVision and in the Marvels (i.e. without WandaVIsion you would have no understanding of how Monica changed from Captain Marvel to The Marvels.) If you would like, I'll go thtough my lists on the last WandaVision reaction, and give my opinion on the kind of links and how important they are (but this would be minor spoilery, so only if you ask).

Also, pay attention to the commercials - there's a lot going on over there as well. And don't miss the mid and end credits in episodes 8 and 9.

2024-12-29 19:57:35 +0000 UTCEvan Peters (the recast Pietro) is actually the actor who played Quicksilver (in Days of Future Past) who is Pietro. In the comic books, Magneto is Wanda's and Pietro's father, but probably because of licensing with the X-Men and marvel, they could never get the three of them together. Getting the actor who played her brother in a different franchise is META af! BTW, I didn't link the Quicksilver scenes because I think they are the best speedster scenes in any movie, and I didn't want to spoil Days of Future Past. If you watch Days of Future Past, then don't spoil the scenes. If you don't plan on going down the X-Men route, then his scenes are definitely a must watch on Youtube.
