yeah, Like Sarah commented i have seen interviews with soilders that was serving in Bastogne and they paint a picture of pure hell. it was the worst Winter in decades and they did not have warm clothes and very little warm food. The next episode is one of my two fav episodes.. it really shows the courage and dedication that the men of Easy had toward each fellow soilder. i Dont want to spoil anything so i wont say anything more. .. im really looking forward to the next ep. I am really enjoying your reactions Thor... are you planning on watching "the Pacific" after?

2023-06-27 15:31:08 +0000 UTCFrom what I understand, the winter of 1944-45 was the coldest in Europe in the past 30 years at that point, IIRC the temperatures were below zero F for several weeks, including the week that the 101st was in Bastogne.
