I have some pretty strong thoughts about this one, so feel free to share your own... But to all my patrons, I'll just say this: if any of you ever have to send your lover to hell and then decide you want to disappear for a few months, I'm not gonna give you a hard time :)

The only thing that I can give her friends is that they don't totally realize the depth of her pain. They don't know that Angel got his soul back and she had to kill the person that she loves.... not the enemy that she had come to hate. But, they should have talked to her individually, not ganged up on her. As a parent, I totally sympathize with Joyce needing a drink to really say the things she needed to say. She didn't want to hurt Buffy even more but they needed to be said. Buffy should have let her Mom know that she was alright.
