Not really. You canโt turn off the sound of a picture being taken, but you can turn off the flash, of course. Otherwise people in Japan couldnโt take normal pictures with their phone ๐

2023-08-30 16:08:32 +0000 UTCApparently, I heard in Japan, phones canโt turn off the flash. Itโs built in by law to deter upskirts photos on the train and such activities. Whether this is true or not I donโt know, Iโve seen a lot of posts about the sound being unable to be muted as a deterrent but only one about the flash.
