First - I'm introducing a new reward tier. The $3 tier will give access to see a lot of the behind the scenes things that I'm getting from concept artists, environment test etc. It's usually rough and dirty. I'm also going to start launching some polls. This tier gets to vote there.
Second - I've got some art to share for the aforementioned tier. Working with and critiquing concept art and environment art tests is fairly time consuming. On the concept art front, there is some very cool stuff to show. Unfortunately the search for an environment artist is ongoing.
Third - I've spent a fair amount of time investigating environment art and looking into two products called Substance Painter and Substance Designer. I've heard of them pretty frequently and finally decided to see what the fuss was all about. The fuss is about really taking the art to the next level. I'm picking those up soon.
Fourth - I'm reworking how arousal is added. The previous way is way to complex and hard to track. This new way is a bit more abstract from reality but way easier to work with / modify / create custom "arousal curves" for characters. Basically, it will allow me to easily create characters that like different pacing to the sexual interactions and that pacing can vary depending on how aroused they are. It'll be deceptively simple, but require players to learn just how NPC's like it. Some NPC's will be easy to get off, with simpler curves, and some will be more finicky about pacing, depths, stroke lengths, etc. That doesn't really lend to pretty pictures though as it's just moving numbers around, so Text post this week.
