This week I actually spent most of the time in bed sick with the flu. Fever shakes, coughing, vomiting, coughing so hard I vomitted. It was pretty awful. I just started to feel like a person again yesterday.
In the last day-ish, I was able to get a little more work done on the face deforms. I was really hoping to have all the weight mapping done by this week's updated, but playing hide-and-seek with Death got in the way.
In the gif for this week I included what it looks like while I'm manipulating the bones in Unity. I'd like the user interface to look fairly similar to what's seen there. Mirror editing options would be nice as well, but that may be classified as non-critical.
Overall it's coming together well. I like how easily I can manipulate the features and get them where I want. I was able to recreate the lower face of a selected celebrity that was reasonably accurate. The biggest thing left is the eyes. There's also the ears and maybe some clean-up around the mouth.
