Saturday Update!

Last week went pretty well overall I think. I got a fair amount done despite needing some time for reno stuff [ I went to a meeting to sort some shit out, all good now ]
I worked on two chunks of cgs- all daytime Strade stuff! Still missing two cgs from the batch but I can probably finish those on Monday.
After that, it's a big batch of Ren stuff, so next week will be Ren Time™
Current Image Finalization: 700/745 - 94%

If I can maintain my quota of 10 images a week, I should be finished with the art early next month- pretty exciting!
There's still several months of work after that of course for sound design, testing, and extra content, but things are moving pretty smoothly.
I think it's getting to be time where I should be working to get a store page up for the new game on Steam so people can do the wishlist thing. I'd like to replace some of the main menu art before that so I can get nice screenshots... and I need to wait a little while to pay Steam's $100 game posting fee cuz I'm in a financial bottleneck at the moment LMAO but I do genuinely think everything's gonna be fine.
Speaking of business crap, the Canada Post situation is still Bad™ and my store must remain closed. My country hasn't had a mail system for over 3 weeks now 😂 IMO Canada Post corporate is delusional and thinks a central societal service needs to be turning a profit and is willing to exploit workers to dust to do it 🤷♀️ so that's hard to negotiate with. That's just my opinion though so take that with salt obviously. Maybe we should just stop paving roads and replacing water pipes since they don't turn a profit OKAY I'M DONE FOR REAL LMAO I'm just frustrated about completely missing the xmas rush, along with probably every other small business in Canada. Rip in piss.
Anyway, that's enough complaining. I have plenty to be thankful for otherwise. I'm gonna go out for a coffee walk and have a nice relaxing weekend!

Some of our workers in Aus are striking against the duopoly supermarkets and the company would rather lose over $50 million in revenue than pay them livable wages and give them safer job conditions.
