I had a fairly productive week and chunked through a bunch more CGs, but I can't show you any of them 😬 I'm sorry!!! I went pretty off the rails for this new part of the script and there's just a LOT of art for it. I'm still not even fully done with it but I should at least be able to show you a couple pics next week. I think.
I promise I am still working as hard as possible!
Things are also getting a bit hectic in my personal life, the renovations on my new apartment have started for real and that has been really stressful. I get called over there a lot and I have to make a bunch of decisions, which I guess I struggle to find mental space for lately 😂
The apartment is now pretty much gutted, which is a little bit scary too. I'm in the awkward spot where all my money is gone and all I have is a very destroyed apartment so that feels.... vulnerable. But it'll get there. I try to keep my anxiety about everything in check.
I watched wild robot last night and I started crying I think 5 mins in and then didn't stop for the whole movie though so, yeah. Mentally juggling a lot. Struggling deeply on some levels.
Still getting work done though! And will continue to do so!
I think it's better for me to have something to concentrate on.
Anyway, I'm very sorry for this relatively empty update ^^; I wish I had more to show you but I really think keeping some stuff as surprises is better in the long run.

I will charge for all 3 separately but I am gonna work really hard to make it worthwhile! [ also patreon members wont need to buy the game, I will give out free keys ] Lawrence's game will sort of briefly mention Ren, but Ren won't appear in it. In Ren's game however, Lawrence will appear and be important [ I think the part in Ren's route where he kidnaps Lawrence is very important to his story and needs to stay ]

I think there will be a lot of changes though, I feel like Ren's story has evolved a lot in my head, and I want his story from YKMET:Strade > YKMET:Ren > TPOF[Fox] to flow and make more sense

On a side note, I was trying to come up with a blood type for Strade for fanfic purposes. I seem to remember you saying that birthdays weren't something you cared to come up with, so I figured blood types were also in that category. Wildly fluctuating energy levels too. 🤔 That said, I know seeing your apartment as it is now does feel vulnerable. Like witnessing the mass decay of a once beautiful forest after a fire, or a city in collapse after an earthquake or natural disaster. But I know you got this Gato, in trusting the process. Like winter and nature, you need a period of decay and "destruction" to make space for newer seeds (and better apartment interiors, lmao) to be planted. 🥰 The apartment will get done in whatever time it needs to get done, just like any other creative project you've taken on (except this one is asking you to explore your Inner Architect & Interior Designer, lol). You're a leader over yourself, and have past experience leading/managing others in other contexts (eg. alpha/beta testing). That same mindset fits with your current renovation situation too. Because decision making can be very consuming energy-wise (aka. "decision fatigue"), I hope you use this time as an opportunity to see what else in life you can cut corners on, automate, delegate, or put on hold for now until more mental energy is able to be allotted to those things. Or, maybe take a "music week" for the game if you ever want to tinker around with something else? 🤷 Hope you get the mental, emotional, and physical rest you need! 🫂💕 Hang out in nature if the weather is nice where you live.
