I had a pretty good week in terms of both vibes and productivity. I managed to crank out 15 of the 16 images left in the 'sprites' folder. The remaining one is very much a 'cg' and doesn't belong in there LMAO [ I just be disorganized sometimes ]

I should issue a slight warning for the future though- a lot of the pics in the 'cg' folder are more spoilery so there will probably be saturday updates in the future where I just have to stare at you nodding kermit style giving you nothing while saying 'I drew stuff though just trust me dawg'
That's a future problem though, we'll get there when we get there

It's a bit subtle but if you look closely, you'll notice that I censored this one. I just wanna stay on Patreon's good side and I've been burned by rules changing with no warning a few too many times LMAO
Don't worry, that is not the final background LMAO It's a placeholder for a variant of the regular background with some filming equipment. I just ran out of steam when I was doing backgrounds way back- there's still a couple left to do 😂
I decided somewhere along the line to change this set of sprites from the placeholders. The placeholders had him in his regular daytime outfit, but I figured that with the heat he'd look better in just the tank. I'm glad I changed it!
And that's about all I have this week! Next week we start digging into the full screen art!

I was notified much earlier in development that apparently skull bandanas have been used a lot by neonazis recently so I cut it and came up with something new. I honestly feel that this outfit and scene change work a lot better anyway, reinforcing his machinist/engineering tendencies. I also think that hiding his face completely for a sanity-based ending helps to give it a more upsetting and eerie feel 😁
