Patreon Pause [Not a Hiatus notice]

TLDR:

1. Pausing billing in Patreon because I feel bad about charging without releasing the last few days.
2. Chapters will still be updated, albeit at a slower rate...

Longer Version:

Hey guys,

Sorry for the lack of updates. For the last few days, I haven’t been able to work properly. I’m not sure if it’s a story issue or a mental health problem, but the inability to deliver chapters has only added to the stress to the point it has become so overwhelming that I cannot work.

So the only thing I felt would relieve the pressure was pausing billing on Patreon, meaning you won’t be charged for your subscription until I resume it.

For this pausing period, my goal is to work towards a healthy schedule. We’ll see how this goes... I’m not against lowering the tier price further if I find I’m unable to deliver chapters at the rate that’s standard for this space.

While the Patreon is paused, I’ll still be releasing chapters, though at a slower pace. Maybe even build up a personal backlog if I can.

(I’ve drafted the next three chapters. They need some heavy editing, which I’ve been dreading and delaying for a couple of days.)

I appreciate you all, and hope you'll understand my problem.

I’ll work step by step, slowly, and will try to enjoy the process, which is sometimes so hard to do when you have to fix your own mistakes. Honestly, I can’t see myself not writing — there are so many stories I want to tell.
