Little Wrestling Video Update on what's next

Hey hey everyone,

...So, I think it's about time to start getting something down on the big one: Misawa and Kawada. It always seems to be the one I go back to -- even if a lot of my videos are admittedly quite '90s AJPW-centric or NOAH-centric (what can I say, it's kind of obviously my favourite sort of Puro), I can't really feel as though I've fully scratched the itch of covering this whole era until I finally go through Misawa and Kawada. In many ways it's the video that'll most probably tie everything together, an entire history that starts in the 1980's and extends all the way through to 2005, or really 2009.

It's certainly hung heavy over any attempts, even through other July irritations like a crap sleep pattern and the sodding heat, to have some sort of decent wrestling video for this month -- unfortunately these attempts have been abortive ones. The idea was to create something  a little more minor -- a smaller video, a list-based one, something easier than the big videos all about Kobashi, Vader and Dr. Death...but gah, I just can't bloody do it. Just doesn't excite me at all really and as much as I could blame that on things like hot weather and strange sleep, the core of that is the motivation not being there for such videos. I got a bit bogged down trying to do such vids on the main channel and actually making very little as a result of that, and I don't really want this to happen with the wrestling stuff too.

...So, yeah. From this point it's time to muscle through, and make Misawa-Kawada the main focus. It's obviously going to take more than one video, for technical reasons if nothing else -- my plan on Vimeo doesn't allow me to upload anything more than around an hour long at any one time, and this is certainly going to be much longer than that. A couple of the matches would probably require an hour just by themselves. All being good, the journey will begin in August.
