2025-10-25 16:34:36 +0000 UTCCan you imagine Tom analyzing the brothers in Supernatural, or the gang in Buffy the Vampire Slayer? That would be a ride! Though if you think Dexter is gruesome, Tom, those shows might be unsettling. But they are both *very* good for psychoanalyzing. Buffy in particular has been featured in several videos regarding mental health and toxic relationships, among other aspects. I'm enjoying watching Dexter over again. Although I'm watching as well with another reactor who just finished Season 1, I feel you bring something special and unique to the screen. This isn't my favorite episode, though it's not bad at all. I just enjoy the next one more, which you've already posted. I do have a favorite part of this episode then, when Maria is told about Tony Tucci's hand just after her big news clip was showing.

2025-10-24 19:53:56 +0000 UTCI watched all of Dexter right before I saw any of Breaking Bad -- ngl I was kind of underwhelmed watching Breaking Bad directly after (since I was subconsciously comparing it to the hype and way I felt watching Dexter) but after binging your reactions to Breaking Bad I realize I was a little harsh on my initial criticism of it. Dexter is genuinely so good - season 2 is by far my favorite! I know you'll love this show so I really hope you continue post-season 1
