In the pursuit of giving obscure characters and/or OCs a fighting chance on the polls [You've seen that mostly popular chatacters win], the ULTRAs and I talked about adding new formats on the polls, so this time I'll make this change, and we'll see if we can improve it or keep it as is, remember this is about having fun and not just winning :p
