In CAS give your Sim the Storage Manager Trait. Lifestyle category.
You can setup a warehouse or get one I built available on the gallery. Be sure to toggle custom content for the lot to show up. ID wickedpixxel
It's mostly no cc, so just replace anything you like. I added a different color for top and register for deco from get to work.
Make sure the lot is generic or residential.
Use your phone to launch an event.
Goal the event to storage fees.

How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.
Terms Of Use
-Do not claim this mod as your own
-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod. Only stringtables.
