Notes:
Couple of mods could be obsolete. Ownable Apartments v4, and Trailer Park Living v4. The For Rent expansion pack provides functional rental apartments where you can become the landlord. I will research to see if these mods can somehow be updated to provide different gameplay alongside the For Rent pack.
