Off-Grid Survival Mod - Complete Ready for release.  
Double Life Aspiration - Near Complete
Shopping Center Build - Complete

I only need to finish the aspiration and create posts for all 3.  Releasing all at once later tonight.  

Note: Off Grid Mod will not have actual meat.  I had to use vegetables.  I'll figure out how to create custom food soon and update the mod.  

Senior Living Mod - rescheduled for release on Sunday.  I want to make sure I have plenty of time to work on this mod.  Will feature functional incontinence underwear, incontinence, other functional products for seniors/elderly, Senior Living Center with npc Resident Caregivers, realistic symptoms for arthritis, back pain, and poor eyesight.  Trait, social interactions, and senior lifestyle activities.

Music Writing Career will be added for release early next week, most likely Monday.

Patch Day.  I'll be testing mods for most the day.  This will delay today's mod until Wednesday night.

Off-Grid Survival Mod - Releasing late tonight

BizOp Mod - I'm still working on an issue with this mod.  Hopefully can get this out to you today. I apologize for this long delay.

Heading into February the goal is to continue to create and release more mods.  January there were a lot of the ownable type venues which have their own issues.  This month will like to have a wider variety of gameplay.  Most of the mods releasing are new ideas with a few updates to existing mods.  However I am working on a mod full of a variety of ownable venues, but it's all in one mod.

Please be aware that my release dates are tentative.  It usually takes a little more time to deal with issues found during testing a mod, etc.  I'll always keep you updated on what's happening and release date changes.

CC builds are returning this month.  They'll always be free.  

Infants and patch updates will throw off release dates.  It's expected that the infants will break a lot things but we'll have to wait and see.  No idea when infant update releases either.

Senior Living Mod - Realistic gameplay for elderly Sims.  Not into knitting but surviving economically, dealing with health and social issues.  (Early Access Pixxel Pervert)

2/2 Thursday
Music Writing Career Mod - New Music Writing skill, licensing system, and no music instrument skill needed to get started.  Make money writing and releasing music and lyrics.  (Early Access Pixxel Pervert)
