OWNABLE DANCE STUDIOS MOD - DOWNLOAD

Ownable Dance Studios Mod adds a the new lot type Dance Studio that you can purchase on a basegame computer, open the dance studio and close it.

There are a lot of misc dance animations and cc to search for as well if you want to add more options for your studio.

Mod Conflicts
It's always possible for a mod to conflict with this one, but I don't know of any.  This mod is primarily made using mod constructorv4 so it's custom but if you have any issues just le me know.

Other Important Info
The purchase, open, and close interactions will appear on computers no matter the location, including residential lots.  You sims might use interactions from this mod automously.  When you purchase the lot it'll automatically turn into a generic lot type instead of displaying the "Dance Studio".

You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way.

How To Setup A Dance Studio
Your dance studio should have a few floor mirrors to allow the "practice dancing" interaction.  Using the dance floors from get together are handy for adding multiple dance options. Don't forget to add a bathroom and an office with a basegame computer and stereo.  Next give the lot the "Dance Studio" lot type. This will allow it to show up on computer for the purchase option.

How To Purchase
From your Sim's basegame computer on a  residential lot, select the "Dance Studio" menu and "Purchase Dance Studio".  This will take you to the world map.  Select the lot you setup and be sure to have enough funds for the purchase.  You'll then be greeted with the retail UI to transfer funds.  Transfer a small amount or however much is needed.

Open And Closing
To open or close your dance studio just use the "Dance Studio" menu and select open dance studio or close dance studio.  When you open the studio 8 sims will spawn and start dancing if you have music going.  They'll stick around for a few hours and then leave.  If you want them to leave before that just close the studio via the computer.

Last Notes
This is currently a very small mod with just the purchase, open, and close features.  I will look into adding a functional dance instructor career that'll use all the in-game dance moves.  Meanwhile using the recommened mods above will provide a lot additional gameplay options.

I noticed a possible glitch with the dance floor.  The dance floor would not allow any interactions.  Not sure if it's because the lot type reverts to generic or not.

How To Install
-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4

This mod requires all 3 files below plus zerbu's venue changes.  I tried other venue changes and the custom venues did not show up.
